::Very welcoming family, we stayed in the family room which in on the top of their house. The hot shower functioned well, the balcony was nice and overall very spacious place. We asked the host if we could eat with them a real sri lankan meal which they kindly organised, even providing us with a delicious breakfast the next morning. Beware that there is no wifi available and the beds are bit hard, I personally prefer soft matrasses but these are personal preferences and have nothing to do with the property. Nicely situated within the Fort area, meaning you will see lots of old buildings. If I were to go to Matara again, I know where to stay.
