  The customer service team blatantly lie to you over the phone. They are clearly trained for their standard response to be the water will be delivered "as soon as possible". it took 4 days and I live in the Rajagiriya area! Over the past 2 days I have contacted them saying that I need a delivery as the water is running out in the lead up to the new year season. They promised it will be delivered but no water arrived and They are now closed because of the New year. No explanation is ever given to you why they dont deliver. Please save yourself the hassle and go to a better water company. I will be cancelling my service as soon as their office opens. I can understand if it happened once, twice clearly shows an organisational issue. customers dont have time to waste on chasing up organisations.

  Very bad deliver service , delivery people came to my area didn’t deliver bottles , after that I asked them to deliver , almost 5 Days not yet delivered.

  The worse customer service ever. I have been trying to get it relocated since i moved from on place to another every time i called them they were like we will attend to ur matter I see the lorry passing my place never stopped on my place. Also the misleading comments given to me by the call center was really disappointing. worse place ever.

  Once the water delivery came but noone at home. They said would they would come back bit didnt. Every day I call and they promise to deliver today but don't. How hard can it be to keep a promise to a customer and deliver water like they do hundreds of times a day?

  This is the worst water delivery service in Sri Lanka. I REGRET the fact that I didn't give much thought to the bad reviews and went ahead to make an account with them. This ia my very truthful experience : They haven't delivered water since the first time they brought water. It has been 4 WEEKS since I had ordered water. But they still haven't delivered. This company is a fraud. They take money for 6 months but they don't deliver. Worst company ever. I am going to discontinue using American water. Worst lying customer service. Worst company
