::Surely they have great collection of furnitures and interior products.... But the customer service is totally bad. We went on a weekday to see carpets and the complete section is closed due to a staff in that section didn't arrive. So another guy tried to contact that person, but no use. One more thing, there is a lady staff who talks with complete carelessness. When I asked to assist her to the interior section, she said if there is no one there, she can't do anything in a reckess tone...

::Awful service. The staff are rude and lazy. They are not helpful or accommodating and treats customers badly. It is as if we are a huge liability and we need to be grateful for them for covering it up
