  The food is lovely. Service can improve with regards to speed and cleanliness. My cutlery had not been washed. Could've been an infrequent oversight though.

  I must say, the service approach held by your firm is utterly ridiculous because your manager was very hostile and unprofessional. My order was not properly taken into consideration, meals were served very late and my thoughts on enjoying a good meal was never satisfied. On the other hand, the washroom was in a horrible hygienic condition and such things like this must be taken into consideration because if you don't, your competitors will do so. Please advice on training your staff to adopt a more warm and friendly service approach as i believe this what differentiates a service, in the restaurant industry. i believe you employed a foreigner whose service was very professional and friendly. Please continue to employ such people. Thanks

  Delicious and healthy foods with the amount of calories labelled. However, service is very poor. Ordered a salad a while ago and asked them how long it will take. They said ten minutes, but it took about ONE hour to receive! I met the founder soon after placing the order, and told him everything is good, and later this happened after he left.

  We went for a short date. It was me and my gf. The new outlet at Colombo 7. Ordered 2 chicken wrappings with 300 each. Which was good. Tasty. And we ordered 2 healthy juice cups as well. It's was 600 plus something. But the cup was so small. Not enough for the price. Taste was ok.

  The food here so good that we keep coming back but the service is so very awful! We used to get lunch here about once a week and the food was always late or there was a problems paying - but that's not really enough to stop you going. Then tonight we ordered delivery at 7:30,they said it would take an hour, that's OK, food arrives over an hour and a half later and two of the salads are missing. They call to say the salads are on the way, very nice of them, but they don't arrive until 10pm. We do not live that far from Colombo 7 and it's well past rush hour. Not an ideal time for dinner, and almost 3 hours after we ordered. I find it slightly insane we weren't offered any money back, but then the food is good, but it is so unbelievably infuriating to order from here. It's never easy.
