  Whole hotel needs a face lift since structures and designs are really old. Food and service is excellent. Situated in a great place with amazing views.

  Great place to relax. Tranquillity setup. Rooms are good and clean and maintained properly. Staff is very attentive. Food is great. Nice pub besides the pool. In room dining could be improved with more options. I had issue when checking in. My reservation was not registered in the front desk even though i booked directly but i was given a room without a problem. But on a fully booked day it could have been a problem. I would have rated this 4, but the location and the service of the staff make it 5.

  Great hotel, colonial style rooms, very comfortable and luxurious. Food excellent, staff likewise. A few places just outside if you want to eat out but really no need

  Super hotel. Great rooms and ambience. Very relaxing. Good food and facilities. Nothing too much trouble.

  Prima hotel. Lekker eten. Fijn zwembad. Uitstekende kamers. Vriendelijk personeel. Eigenlijk niets op aan te merken. Toch ben ik zeer ontevreden. Bij het uitchecken heb ik namelijk tweemaal betaald. Uiteraard kan ik dit aantonen en het hotel ontkent dit ook niet. Inmiddels heb ik ongeveer 15 e-mails naar het hotel verzonden. Helaas heeft dit tot nu toe geen resultaat gehad. Wel heb ik veel excuses van het hotel ontvangen, maar geen geld. Omdat het hotel uiteindelijk helemaal niet meer reageerde op mijn e-mails voelde ik mij genoodzaakt om een advocaat in te schakelen. Helaas reageert het hotel ondertussen ook niet meer op de e-mails van mijn advocaat. Ik vind dit onbegrijpelijk en ook ronduit onbeschoft. Het heeft inmiddels veel weg van ordinaire diefstal. P.S.: meneer Dhanushka en mevrouw Candappa; u heeft mij allebei beloofd om dit op te lossen, maar u heeft dit nog steeds niet gedaan. U moet zich schamen!
