  Never answers a phone! Starting from the Booking desk at Gregory's Road office. I was there at Citrus Waskaduwa. Room service never answers. One morning I had to go and bring a bottle of water from an outside shop when my friend was dehydrated due to vomiting. Useless service. Good for nothing. Better to run a poultry farm in this location than a hotel of this nature.
