  Good banking service.. more counters... and quick service... Main Street branch is really helpful for many customers.... have to put another ATM cash deposit machine because of much Customer's

  Worst bank. In. The. World. Bad. Services staff not well informed I wanted to get a new card there wattala arpico brance said they can issue lost card in 1 day you have to go to. Pettha branch I go there they say 3 days from this branch but from your accounts branch you can clam same day so I go to my branch with my account information foreign branch what they said was cannot clam within same day any branch because your name has to be in card I said I don't need the name in card as long as I can withdraw they said its not possible have to wait 3 days I said OK they said they will send to the branch near my home in wattala and call me when the cards is issued its been a week and no call today I went to the wattala bank the cards not there they said they don't have master card it will take another week or 2 ... Worst bank in the world

  One of the best branches of commercial bank. They have 3 ATM machines to satisfy the number customers they have to manage. They also have a cheque deposit machine. Anyways, my favourite would be the Cash Deposit Machine. It's available 24/7 and quite easy to use. But u may have to be careful coz sometimes it doesn't count the money accurately if not placed properly. Update: many people now use this machine, therefore, the cash gets filled pretty quickly. Weekends it maybe full, therefore won't be able to deposit.
