  Please don't trust crown investment management regarding customer complains. Reason is I purchaed electric lone mover grass cutter and within few months time battory was not work. Then I returned full unit and after 2 months crown maharagama branch informed me to collect repaired unit. when I collect battory unit they told me it is need to charge few hours before the use. I follow they instrctions. But within 1 hour time battory was blasted. Then immediatly i informed them and they ask me return the unit and agreed to give me petrol machine free of charge. After their inspection they accepted this issue happend due to their technitians fault. After 2 weeks the ask me to collect petrol machine and pay additional 10000 rupees. Then asked reason from branch manager. He said "now my sales manager changed his dicision. I can't do anything" Please don't trust crown investment warrenty or their word. Think twise before the buying anything from them. Attached here with photos related to incident

  both used and brand new items quality is questionable.! be careful always . most of the time u will have to come back.

  Good place to buy Imported Electrical Home appliances and other Electrical items. Prices are cheap and reasonable. But Beware , sometimes the quality can be cheaper as well.
