  One of the more efficiency government offices. Their one day passport service is excellent. There is also a private firm located in the first floor at the entrance who for a fee pick the passport after one day processing and delivery home. For normal service there is a post to your residence option provided by the bureau. However lack of queueing procedure and the still Sri Lankan habit where staff process friends and others breaking the queue stops me from giving a 5 star rating.

  💥💥I called several times to their hotline. but each & every time calling there no one respond to me. I tried all the available languages. But they just told to hold on until someone respond. How long I been waiting to someone respond me. Please reply me. I am very disappointed. Terrible experience. This Place is always crowded. Good if you can go there early in the morning.
