  Their tune changes from time to time. The prices too are quite high. Do not agree to cash first/risky deals. The caring customer service is just a temporary thing. Be cautious when making decisions.

  I was dealing with Mr. Jenon Fernando regarding a date change of an air ticket and I would like to mention the excellent customer service of him. All the required information was informed without a delay and everything was arranged by him. Thank you for the support as we did the change in a big hurry at the last minute and he never got irritated with all the trouble we gave him. Keep up the good work Jenon. Good Luck!

  Very bad customer service. Dont no how to talk with a customer. Price is also too high. Outside prices are less than this. Useless call centre. they never call you back. i have changed all my business class tickets to some other small travel agent in colombo 6. very very good service. Price is also cheaper that findmyfare. no more deal with them. Be aware

  Reserved a ticket before one week of the journey. Went to collect the ticket one day before the Journey and the WTC office says ticket not available. unsatisfied with all the comments and dramas did by their employees. had to purchase a ticket then and their for 40% more of the original reserved ticket price from another air line. Total Drama. People please be careful with these type of ticketing agents.
