  The place itself is really nice and the structure is fantastic with large open areas and rooms. Three comfy rooms along with their own bathrooms and an extra bathroom for guests as well but there are major drawbacks to the place. The first is the accessibility to the place as the main road leading to the place is unpaved so is really tricky to get to. The second thing is that the place needs better maintenance of utilities like the tv was not working and all shower heads were not running well. If you have small children this place is built with adults in mind as the pool has and dangerous ledge .

  we found the place by coincident and insist in having it. The villa has 3 huge rooms with bathrooms in each, big setting area and fabulous swimming pool and unbelievable view. It has its own butler. The place is great for parties and maybe for those who are looking for privacy as it's away from the city, but if you cannot live without A/C and are scared of insects then stay away and find a resort in Kandy
