::Someone put a huge pile of papers into a card receiver so you can not insert your card. Probably done by local tuk-tuk drivers in order to propose you "a drive to another ATM 4 km away". Which is actually near the cement factory in a jungles. So keep something like a pen or a pincer with you and stay safe!
