  Super friendly staff, spacious rooms with big balcony and great shower! Nice pool and good restaurant. A lot of stairs though, so you need to be in shape 😉. Also; poor and slow wifi in the rooms. Location is perfect; beach, shops and restaurants on walking distance.

  Our room was excelent.It's true that fourniture is quite outdated but...in front of the beach,with a huge balcony, very comfy beds,clean... What else? Staff: outstanding!They are always ready to help (I had a bite in the beach and they quickly react to help me). I'd say that rating that they are currently having in some hotel apps should be improved... If you want tonrelax (beware that the crazy main road cross Mirissa) and be in front of the beach with services around...Milan So is your place

  Good hotel but quite expensive for what you get. No elevator so if you're booking the deluxe rooms, I hope you can handle all the stairs. Very friendly staff though and great location right across from the beach with loads of beach bars and restaurants. Good is also very good and fresh.

  No lift!!!! Seriously... room flooded do to balcony draining into the room! Very poor lighting in the room. No room safe. Good breakfast. Beach just across the street
