  Decent crowd. Nice place. Have a badminton court also. Less parking facilities. There are no proper instructors like in Power World gyms. The instructors don't tell the logic of the excercises you do. And most of the time, there are sprains and injuries since there is no one to guide the new comers on the limits of exercises.

  Best place to play Badminton.Best badminton court. Super gym also available. University of Kelaniya Badminton team practices here. Should pay to play Badminton.

  Great trainers and well disciplined staff. Good for ladies as well. New machines. Additional Zumba classes are also conducted. In-house badminton court ( indoor) is a definite value creation to the organization.. Parking is available without a hassle. .. One of the best gyms around kiribathgoda and kadawatha area...

  Good place to keep you fit and healthy. It has nice environment to do fitness activities.
