  Only some Staff is good.i went and inquired about opening a bank acc. Reception girl directed us to a staff. Very dull and not properly welcoming the clients. No smile in the face., and later I contacted the same staff to ask about premier acc further details through what's app but they don't reply fast. When I prefer texts they always want to disturb by making calls instead of giving details by text massages. So slow.. And they lost one premier customer. 😂. Because of poor communication skills of the staff

  One of the branch which is opened in Saturdays for banking operations. Good customer care and well trained staff. That is the difference with local banks, both banks had local staff. Newly improved Express banking facilities are there.

  Good customer service. Convenient and user friendly online systems. Value added services like HSBC points, discounts, etc

  Good place for ur banking needs if you do business with HSBC. As a local bank HSBC has not done much in Sri Lanka. Here many banking activities are done through machines.
