  Worst customer experience i ever had. Sales ppl dont know how to talk to a customer. Charging for not doing anything and when we ask why they say thats the procedure. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

  DONT EVER BUY CONTACTS FROM THEM! I had the most worst experience of my life in this place. They gave me a defective contact pair and when I went to return it, the eye doctor laughed and said it’s not their problem it’s mine. She said the best she can do is return the money and not issue me contact lenses again. When I said no I don’t want money, and to give me a non defective pair she refused and told me the “shut up”. What kind of business tells their customer to shut up. Stay away from that woman. I could have easily gotten an eye infection or gone blind, and they wouldn’t have stayed liable for it. Bad bad service. Very disappointing
