  SRI LANKA is seriously lacking Professionalism! I was dealing with three staff of jetwings to organize a tour . One was very good , other two had no clue on how to win a customer . One of them was a senior manager ! First thing they should learn is to acknowledge a customer call or mail, Which NO ONE DOES . They are not prompt , take their own cool time to Reply . For them their work load or monthly pay has become priority, Not the CUSTOMER. sadly , this is nothing new to Sri Lanka . They are on a down hill !
