::They charged almost double like menu prices and didn't deliver what we requested.Horrible service and didn't even issue a proper printed invoice,Manager him self issued a piece of A4 paper as an invoice with paid seal. Restaurant staff and manager cheated with prices and tried to issue that piece of paper as an invoice.

::It was a disastrous experience due to a number of reasons. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Food was unusually expensive, and there was no quantity, absolutely no quality. I got a fried rice, it just had a sprinkle of carrot shreds and exactly 4 chunks of papaya for a fruit salad as dessert. And to top it all, the manger refused to issue a printed receipt/bill, and handed a hand written bill instead. It’s an awful place to go to with your friends or loved ones. Would not recommend this place at all.

::Excellent hotel , excellent prices, very bad management: 1. I paid through Agoda and at the end of my stay there they asked for money from me again saying that Agoda hasnt sent them a paid receipt yet. 2. They started putting stinky manure right next to the restaurant and pool area in the morning when guests are trying to have a pleasant breakfast.3. all the items promised such as the jbl stereo are not there in the rooms. 4. Rooms haven't been maintained and paint is peeling off.

::The location is moderately isolated so it is a good get away. The beach is beautiful! The hotel's food is some of the best I've had outside of Colombo. I should give the pizza they make credit of its own because it was by far one of the best I've ever had. The rooms aren't as clean as they could be but the room service is helpful and very open to criticism and will do what they can to improve the experience.
