  Amazing escape from the busy city life in Kandy. Exciting trip up into the mountains on a windey road with beautiful views! Sally and Jerry are great hosts! They provide a human element to travel that deepens your understanding of a place. I loved the gathering for breakfast and dinner where stories of day trips, travel experiences, and Sally's stories of growing up as a young girl in Sri Lanka gave wonderful bookends to the Kandy experience. I'd not hesitate to recommend you stay here! There is a pool to cool off in as well which is a benefit if you have children or just want to relax after a day of exploring. Thanks for the wonderful experience for me and my family!

  Set in the middle of the jungle and tree plantations. Clean, cost and comfy. Large Swimming pool. Great views. Peace & Tranquility. Birds singing all day. Grass garden. Sunbathing. RANI's great food. Good for kids. Friendly Dogs and hens (fresh eggs in the morning!). Freshness of the altitude. Trekking. No mosquitos (but plenty of flies). Buddhist temple meditation echoes at night. Thank you CATHERINE for your great karma, conversations and care. Definitely recommended....

  A really amazing place to live in perfect location and amazing house we were there 2 weeks ago , not to mention the nice hospitality from the owners. It was really the best place i stayed in at Sri Lanka 💜Abdulrhman l

  Jungle Tide is an amazing place to stay. Sally and Jerry are lovely people and you feel at home immediately. I would love to stay here for ever. A swimming pool surrounded by the jungle is a great experience. Perfect rooms and service.

  What a fabulous place to stay! High up in hills above Kandy. So cool and restful.
