  Extremely basic, but clean and well maintained accommodation, but located very close to Dambulla Caves. Go for it if you're counting every penny you have.

  Fungus and Bad smell , direkt at the Kandy Road The guesthouses near by have much better value for a similar price.

  cannot recommend, spend 1-2 $ more and stay somewhere else. The rooms smell very badly bcs. of the humidity

  Ok, clean, very basic, far from town, not far from caves, hot water and wifi available. Extremely noisy because of the big road nearby.

  The place is great value for the money. Very close to the caves. Owners give you a quiet stay and not trying to sell extra services. Hot water and large bed. It also felt clean. The only cons are that it's close to the highway (noisy at morning) and wifi was very slow.
