  So disappointing, Drop my Laptop to repair on Friday Morning 06 January 2017 and said that it's very urgent. Customer service staff (His name Zahid) took the laptop and said they normally take the urgent deliveries and no doubt that he could deliver goods on time. Call them on Tuesday (After 3 working days) to check whether job is done and found out that laptop has not even reach to the technical staff yet. So I had to call him million times (Most of the occasions he is not picking the phone)and still the Job has not done. This is the worst customer service experience in my life.
