  Doctor is not on time. Small visitors area without air-conditioning. Appointment charges are higher than the Nawaloka hospital but with limited facilities

  Nawaloka Premier Wellness Center by name is a very exclusive high end treatment center. However, my experience convinced me that this is by name only. There is no air conditioning at the waiting area. The time given to be present to show to the doctor is very much in advance. Since the waiting area is not very comfortable to stay long, this adds to the inconvenience. The fees charged do not justify the services given.
