  We had so far the best Sri Lankan breakfast at Nirwana as well as a very cheap and tasty dinner at their restaurant. The owner is a super friendly guy, the rooms are big and shower comes with warm water. One minus point for one coackroach, bug, and caterpillar found somehow their way into our room, howeber the room was clean.

  The Nirwana lodge offers a simple budget accommodation. We paid abou 22 euros for A/C room and breakfast. Rooms are small and simple, but clean. The bathroom also was clean and had running hot water. Breakfast was Sri Lankan, and very tasty. The owners spoke good English and were very friendly. Good ratio of price / quality. Nice memory.

  That's more than 5 stars. There's excellent wifi, hot water and great air conditioning and fan.We enjoyed so much staying 3 nights there. The owner is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast with local food and fresh fruits, taste good. Located near the entrance of Sigiriya.

  Good spot, nearby Lion Rock. The host is really nice and helpful. Delicious breakfast.
