::This gym is the worst gym that I have ever seen in Sri Lanka. The reasons for saying so is because the trainers are useless and has no quality at all. They have no idea how to manage a gym and their instructions are hopeless. Also, the gym owner's wife who looks like a plum pudding and is unhealthy with a fat body is doing personal training to gym members, which is ridiculous. If Nirmal, who is the gym owner is a US qualified trainer as he claims to be, he should first transform his fat wife's body and set an example to others. How could we believe or have confidence in PRAN FITNESS?
