::We spent a lot of money on two green sapphires here when in Sri Lanka, to make into earrings. We saved up money to make the earrings up, but the jeweller in the UK where we live, found a crack in one of the gems, that ran right the way through. After many attempts over 6 weeks to find out what Premadesas would do about it, we were told it must be our fault and were offered a 25% discount off buying another gem. Why would we spend more money with them? And it was highly unlikely we were going to Sri Lanka again. They sold us something that was bad quality, we couldn't use and the least I expected was money back for that one gem. Their guarantees are worthless, their service is poor and I felt it was a scam.
