  Saman and his family were very nice hosts! Saman came to pick us up at the railway station in Hatton at no extra cost. This is a small guesthouse with just a few rooms up the hill in a small village called Dickoya. Wonderful view from the balcony and a short walk up the stairs to walk around in the tea fields. And fantastic food! Thank you!

  Best homestay in Sri Lanka if I do say so myself. Very friendly owners who came to pick us up at the station at no cost. They arranged our Adam's peak trek and the owner even got up in the middle of the night to wish us good luck and give us an egg sandwich and some water for the climb. Room was great with balcony overlooking the valley below. The one word I would use to describe it is hospitable.

  Excellent. Owner, Saman, picked us up from the train station. The room was the best we got in Sri Lanka so far; huge bed, large room with a balcony and awesome view. Best shower in Sri Lanka so far with real hot water, not warm. Saman`s wife prepared us a very nice meal. Visited the tea plantation behind the hotel. Was only one night but 10 out of 10. Great place to stay.

  That was the best place we stayed in during our trip to Sri Lanka. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony from which we could see the sunrise and tea plantations. We also decided to have a dinner cooked by them and i ordered pumpkin soup which was amazing. Room and bathroom very clean, hot water.
