  The room was without a window.Door to the toilet had many holes for ventilation but it wasn't good idea.On the other hand the hotel and room were clean and staff was very kind.The guy who owns that place was super friendly and helped us with planning a trip around the sacred city. So I can recommend this hotel.

  The place is run by the owner and his family, which gives it nice 'homey' feel, even though the place is new. The owner is very knowledgeable about the area, gives good advice, and organises transport/guides for the sightseeing. He even me gave a lift to the bus station and helped to hail the bus which was already on its way, saving me the wait for the next one.

  Great place. Rooms very clean and with good a/c, friendly AND efficient staff who are knowledgeable about what to go and see in Anuradhapura, excellent and varied breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Don't be put off by the front entrance being on the busy main street - inside the hotel its peaceful and quiet. Can rent bikes.

  New rooms, friendly owner, western standard. Large Windows, beautiful balcony.

  A perfect place to spend two days when visiting Anuradhapura. The property is extremely clean (new) and family is very welcoming. We managed to take the last room as they're fully booked (you can see why).
