  I'm so grateful to Damitha and his family for the wonderful stay. I spent 3 weeks in their cozy home. My room (and the rest of the place) was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, just a few minutes distance from the beach or the shops and markets, etc. The rooftop terrace is a great place to work, enjoy sunsets and have an aperitif. One night, Damitha and his wife offered a great meal that we all shared on the terrace. They were generous and very helpful. On two occasions, Damitha drove me to Colombo when he had to go there. Again, thank you for this memorable experience in sri lankan everyday life in lovely Ambalangoda !

  Very nice place, Large rooms, Pleasant owner, Rooftop views, Kitchens on every floor, Fridges to keep the drinks cold, and the prices are unbeatable. Very local area, with good vibes in every direction.

  The view from the top floor is really nice. Good place to wind down in the evening watching the sunset over the rooftops. From the beach next to the cemetery, you can see a small island about 500meters out to sea which if you're a good swimmer, you can swim to. Really good, clean place value for money. You can find them on airbnb too.
