  This was the first hotel that we stayed during our Srilanka trip. We requested for top floor room and the view from room was such that you could see whole of Kandy's mountains, lake tooth relic temple town area. We stayed there for 2 nights and evenings we use to sit and enjoy the view from Balcony. Food is good and staff is friendly.

  Kandy is the heart of tradition and culture and perhaps the most venerated Buddhism spot in Sri Lanka. The hotel is located on a hillside overlooking the Tooth Relic Temple and Museum of Buddhist Religion - quite a fascinating experience in history of its arrival in Sri Lanka

  They have big rooms with nice view. Nothis to say about room. Room was excellent. But staff not friendly. I am not satisfied with their staff and room service. Also upscale price for foods and beverages.

  Very good hotel in Kandy city. Stay in the front side rooms is very plesent with a panoramic view of the city. With all modern facilities , clear glass panels and fine curtains we can view the city from the room itself and balcony. Bed linen and covers used and blankets are of good standard. Bathrooms are fitted with standard accessories. Restaurant can accommodate nearly hundred guests at a time. Food quality is good with tasty dishes. Its a hill station hotel worth to stay in. Finally , personnel engaging the guests are quiet professional.

  Hotel structure is good, view is also good but service part only 2 star. It can not be a 3 star hotel. They don't know how to use credit card swiping instrument and refuses for payments through CC. I needed to teach them and paid. Overall staff not experienced. Hot water was not available. It took one day to fix it.
