  Great place to stay. Quiet, away from the hubbub of the city, but only 5 minutes walking to the downtown. Best Sri Lanka breakfast! Wi-fi is too slow...

  A lovely little guest house. The rooms are small but incredibly clean. New and well presented. The bed is large and comfortable and again extremely clean. The bathroom is clean and modern and the shower is very good. The view from our room was gorgeous over the city and hills. It is convenient for the lake and city centre but on a hill. If like me you are elderly and infirm tuk tuks at the bottom of the hill bring you up for a nominal fee. The charming lady of the house offers a substantial and varied breakfast for an extra charge. The hosts are hoping to open a restaurant soon. It can be noisy because walls are thin and you need to draw the curtains for privacy.

  Very nice and quiet guesthouse run by a lovely couple, very friendly and helpful. Located on a hill with nice views over Kandy and just 15min walk from the lake-centre. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with a fan and AC. We also had a mosquito net but we didn’t use it as there were no mosquitoes at all.

  Very good hotel to stay. Super friendly and helpful staff (family business) and very clean and renovated rooms. Walls are a bit thin that you can hear guests leaving or coming in the night.

  Excellent location woth wonderful view! The owners are very nice and kind, offered to pick me up from the train. The room's balcony is shared so the curtains have to be closed for privacy. There some kind of prayer every evening at 6 and morning at 5:30am which wake me up (but I'm a light sleeper).
