  Good place. Now they have seperate places for ladies. They have lots of varieties of machines.

  My wife and I were visiting Weligama for a week and wanted to find somewhere to train whilst there. This gym is great! The owner is very friendly and welcoming and the gym has all the equipment you need. A brilliant place to train, highly recommended.

  We visited Weligama Bay on holiday and bought a weeks membership at Southern Fitness to keep up weight training while on holiday. The gym was a pleasant surprise with proper Olympic bars, squat rack and plenty of equipment to get a proper workout. Much better than a hotel gym which often has some cardio equipment and dumbbells which are too light. The staff were friendly and helpful. Take plenty of water and a sweat towel is a must 😉

  Best place for make good healthy fitness .... open @ 6 am to 10 pm.have best coach for given advise.he was provincial fitness club member.
