::DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you book through a third party (Kenwood/Evaneos etc) and they use this company - I highly suggest you use another company. Sunway holidays ruined our once in a lifetime holiday! They didn't book anything - basic things like hotels so imagine after a 7 hour drive arriving somewhere and not knowing if you will have somewhere to sleep. Additionally when we asked for 4* hotels or above they thought it fine to charge use for that but then put us in bed and breakfast with appalling standards of health and safety! We planned a hot air balloon ride and a train ride and they didn't book that and in the end we had to miss the hot air balloon ride and buy tickets for the train on the black market. Every time we called no one cared, we got shouted at and sworn at down the phone. They tried to tell us wrong laws to cover their own backs and lied about promising us things constantly. There is a girl there called Roshni and a guy called prabath who swore regularly at us down the phone and when we phoned the CEO he didn't care. When we reported them, we got told that they were already being investigated for misconduct as many customers had complained! THIS COMPANY IS A CON AND SHOULDNT BE OPERATING SO PLEASE PLEASE AVOID USING THEM OTHERWISE YOUR HOLIDAY MAY BE RUINED!!!!!
