  Foreign parcel section works really well. Friendly staff and customs officers are so friendly. This is my 3rd time visiting here and still they keep their services in best way.

  It’s important to note that when you get a parcel through the post that it is subjected to customs procedures (customs may imply relevant levies, licenses and permits of the other governmental institutes) just like in any other importation. When you get a mobile phone as a gift or by online purchasing through parcel post. For it’s clearance, the customs will ask you to bring the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority's and the Import export controller's permits. And when you get a drone camera in addition to the TRC, You need to bring the Defense ministry’s clearance too.

  This is main post office for whole Trincomalee district, until six it’s working, customs also there
