  Close to the airport . Didn't take us long to get there . Luxurious apartment for the minimal price charged . Clean and well managed. The owner was very helpful , helped us to organize our trips to colombo and its suburbs. Will definitely recommend to anyone .

  During three weeks visit to Sri Lanka we stayed in Vishwara residencies. We had awful experience and I still regret on the decision as there are many places available closer to capital. I wanted to stay away from the city in out skirts and payed the price. The home page of the website says free WIFI and TV but none of them are in working condition. There was NO television in the apartment at all. I inquired few times during the stay but the owner had different excuses time to time (Lightening / TV Mother Board damaged / finally No HDMI cable). The WIFI internet was not stable also and the ADSL internet connection drops 3-4 time per hour. The funny thing was owner keep on blaming the vendor for the connection issue. I contacted few locals and apparently their ADSL internet connections were stable. One of the two bathrooms had major water leak and couldn't use during the stay. The water was leaking from the wash basin and the owner couldn't find a plumber to repair. (According to him the plumber is available only on weekends. I stayed there for 3 weekends and nothing happened). There was another leak on bidet shower and he took two weeks to place a new one. Further, the water drainage system from rooftop is also not adequate as the water is pouring through the stair case when it rains making it difficult to climb the stairs. There were few occasions we had to stay without electricity. This place has no power generator. According to the owner it is not affordable. So had to stay there without power and A/C. There is no air-conditioning except for the two bedrooms. So it is hard to stay in any other place during the day time due to hot and humid condition. All and all this was a nightmare and ruined my stay in Sri Lanka. The good stuff: Washer included / Furniture is in good condition / Kitchenware, silverware and dishes are very good /

A stovetop and kettle are also provided. Every unit is fitted with a private bathroom with a bath. Towels are offered. Vishwara Residencies also includes a sun terrace. The property also offers grocery delivery. The nearest airport is Bandaranaike International Airport, 24 km from the property.
