  The way they handle the cutomer is awesome. But i suggest everyone not to buy Hero products. I was given a manufacturing defected bike. And for 2 years they've been acting like solving the problem and it never happened. I have never ridden my bike happily for 1 month. For 1 1/2 years i have spent almost 120,000 just for my Hunk. Pls. Dont waste your money with this product. I sold my hunk for 35,000. I lost my job because of this bikem ive been taking leaves just to repair this bike every month. Pls. Dont buy Hero proucts.
