::Located in a religious place in an inconvenient location of Colombo. Very small building with only one fan, no AC. People packed in during rush hours which is like an oven and sweating like anything. Long queues can be seen outside. The government education Ministry should allow to sell the books at outside book stores without keeping the monopoly. The staff is helpful but they too could do nothing. Whenever I visit there, books were not available to buy, but advised to call and come another day.
