::The cheapest and price-quality you will find in sri lanka, pay know per person 450 rupies... like 3€ or something... bathroom could be cleaner and rooms to, but this country does not have this peculiarity. If yo go to Kandy go there early, sometimes the run out of rooms really soon. Calm and peace are breathing there. Remember to be respectful with the monk if not they will tell you that it is full.
