::Paid 2000 and booked 2 seats to go from kandy to colombo monday 1.45am. Bus arrived at home 3am. Got in to the bus, we were not given the seats that were assigned to us from the booking. We were forced to sit at the back. Bus had broken seat which was reclining on its own. Half way through the journey they turned off the ac as well. Worst experience ever.
