::Perfect location - right near Elephant's Orphanage, clean rooms with air conditioning. Restaurant has high prices, so we preferred to have only breakfast there, which was good.

::Rooms worth the price. Clean and with all the amenities. Staff is friendly.

::A very good hotel for the price we pay. Clean bed and washroom with AC and TV. A balcony is there but no view its just a view of parking lot. Cafe under the hotel is very expensive for the food they servce. A very poor fried rice (not basmathi) without choupsy or anything with only 1 piece of chicken is Ra.350.

::The prices are too high in the cafe, but the hotel is nice and new, though situated just near the road, so a little too much noice there and no view from the window.
