  Perfect location - right near Elephant's Orphanage, clean rooms with air conditioning. Restaurant has high prices, so we preferred to have only breakfast there, which was good.

  Rooms worth the price. Clean and with all the amenities. Staff is friendly.

  A very good hotel for the price we pay. Clean bed and washroom with AC and TV. A balcony is there but no view its just a view of parking lot. Cafe under the hotel is very expensive for the food they servce. A very poor fried rice (not basmathi) without choupsy or anything with only 1 piece of chicken is Ra.350.

  The prices are too high in the cafe, but the hotel is nice and new, though situated just near the road, so a little too much noice there and no view from the window.
