  Quick service but no parking

  No parking for the customers. Front parking area use by three-wheelers. Bank says, they couldn't do anything about it.

  No propper place to park vehicles! However, happy that they got another new branch in Galle.

  Poor customer service. No one to answer the phone while the bank is open on Saturdays. Just wanted to know the Branch code. But calling themselves as the best bank in Sri Lanka
