  Dialog Wattala has the MOST IMPOSSIBLE and INEFFICIENT customer service. They talk like they are doing you a favor and this is after waiting for about 45 mins to get to the counter. Absolutely lethargic to say the least.

  Store itself is good, futuristic like what you'd find in developed economies. But what's the point in having all that when you offer bad customer service. I was being tossed around and had to talk to multiple people who thought it was not their job to serve me as a customer and kept pointing fingers to some other person to offer me help. I was standing there for about 15 mins and the decided its the wrong store to visit, before I walked out. No point having fancy stuff, if you don't recognize the customer, might as well close shop. 1 star for the AC on a hot day.

  Very disappointed with the connection. I have been using my Dialog connection for the last 10 years or more I never had any issues but lately I've been charged Rs 2000 within a day for no reason. When checked with Dialog CS they say that it's because I browsed some websites and they tend to advertise or something like that. I don't understand the reasoning or the logic behind it!!!! If we are your Customers you need to ensure proper measures are used to protect us from these sort of issues.
