  Customer service is TERRIBLE!-You cant sit in the lobby area after you have completed your work!! There’s only 2 counters,be prepared to wait for a long time.there’s no one to ask any information. The security was asking a lot of questions even though i just banked at HNB. One point the security asked what time excatly i was leaving..maybe they want to keep the lobby seats empty,ALL the time. First time i have ever gone to a HNB,and it will be the LAST!!
