::I had to wait 30 minutes just to get an information that I could get from 1minute talk, people came after me was directed 1st Very frustrated on their service. Its very inefficient how they categorize all services into a one queue. And couldn't understand how they gave the priority to the people who came/customers. Worst service!

::No parking Their ARROGANT security has no manners either common sense how to treat a customer. Didn't allow me to park my car inside while there were enough space to park two trucks. He asked me to park in the road which is not right and mean time police was issuing tickets who has parked on the road. What kind of bank runs without proper parking for customers?
