  Customer care is good. Staff members are very helpful. Whether it is an international bank it customer service is higher than local bank.  It has four cashier point so waiting time is very less. Very good environment and easy to bank with them. Parking is the problem you have to park in roadside. Recommended bank with them

  The HSBC branch at Bambalapitiya is open on Saturdays too aside from the normal week days. Courteous staff and a well maintained office. They also offer 24/7 banking via ATMs.
