  I have given them a phone to repair. after calling few times within a two weeks of time they told me it cannot be repaired. then I told them ill come and pick it up keep the phone untill then. couple weeks passed and i finally had time to go. when i go there and ask for the phone they couldn't find it anywhere. it was not in the showcase. then they started looking in cardboard box. it was a huge pile of phones. ( all phones getting scuffed and scratched) one guy lifts the box and bottom opens and all the phones are on the floor. then he started to pack them. then i saw my phone and picked it up. there was no back cover and battery. they looked again. they have no value for our phones. i was very frustrated and advice you to find some other place to take your business. I will attach the bill here. it dont mention anything about my phone. so that they can't find your phone when you go back to collect them. PLACE IS A ONE BIG MESS.
