  Excellent customer service. The (male) staff are very polite and helpful. They are very flexible and offer refunds with haggling. Highly recommended for all Buddhist pilgrimages

  I am making this post in relation to the group who departed on Saturday 21/10/2017 as that one is plagued by an appalling schedule (where sleep has on some days been limited to 2 Hrs), bland food, poor service and mediocre facilities. I intend to contact your customer service department however it hasn't opened yet (too early in the morning) I opted for Lotus tours after hearing positive remarks by others who had travelled with them but my experience is vastly different. I will change this rating if Lotus is able to turn things around for me. Better late that never. Stay tuned!

  I went on two trips with them. To Thailand and to India. They guided in their best. Hope to go to Singapore with them
