  We paid $1192 for a tented safari INSIDE Yala Park, for the simple reason we did not want to join hundreds of jeeps queuing to enter the park. We were originally going to stay at the Cinnamon Wild, but then saw your FALSE website showing exactly what we wanted,by the river inside the park. To our horror and total disappointment we were a very uncomfortable 25 mins drive from the park and I might add from Cinnamon Wild.The camp were a few tents on a piece of scrub land on a farm far far from the park, the view we had were bushes 1meter from the tent and in the dining tent the safari jeeps were parked 2meters away which gave everyone a great view of dirty old Toyotas. I cannot explain how disappointed and angry we were THIS WAS NOT WHAT WE PAID $1192 FOR! We waisted 3 days of our precious holiday. The food was cold and over cooked and the packed lunch and breakfast were less than a five year old child would have in a school lunch box. What should have been an experience of a life time turned out to be a boring , hard , dirty, uncomfortable, frustrating and a hungry time. We have been on other safaris and this was run by total amateurs and certainly no chef All the other guests were extremely upset and angry because everyone was expecting the experience we paid for. So you can appreciate the atmosphere was awful.We all found out that the campsite left the old location before we all booked. There are no excuses for what you have done, this is Fraud.You have knowingly miss sold this safari to us. I see the website has changed explaining the tents are outside but this was not the case when you falsely took our money.Please respond, as I really would like to hear your justification for selling something that you knew you could not supply. We are not going to let this go. Sad and disappointed
