  This is the National Savings Bank head office, it’s a Gourment Bank service is generally good but need to be improved as sometimes it’s very hard to get things done, one example I have my saving account at this head Office branch and I can’t get my new passbook from any other branches, if I get book from other branches I have to come to this branch and verify my signature, I think can improve these type of service using new technologies.

  Good organized government bank. Separate floors for separate service departments. Ample parking space for customers.

  Services need more improvement to compete with private Banks. Still old government practices followed.
