  I stayed in Nelum nikethana last December to do a retreat of Yoga during seven days with a small group of friends. I found this place provides excellent conditions to practice Yoga in its original form. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is willing to lean, traditional Hatha Yoga. The Yoga teachers who are conducting Yoga sessions were experienced and dedicated. Not only their teaching but their way of living show us the true essense of Yoga. This experince was a real treat to my body and mind. It was like living in Jungle faraway from everything but still city of Kandy. We all admired eco friendly accommodation and authentic food.
